• Die Mahnung
  There is a red burst from the lower left hand side of the poster, perhaps representing fire. As it moves upward, it disperses into a grey cloud. From the center of the red burst, there is a white amorphous streak that becomes more opaque as it moves upward. The title of the film is elongated through the white streak. The background of the poster is black, and there are red and grey splotches throughout, like cinders and ash. This film is Bulgarian. There is a one inch closed tear at the top left edge of the poster.
• Das Mädchen von Nebenan
  This poster is a drawn image of a palm tree on a blue background. There are silhouettes of four birds in the distance. There is a black and white rectangular photograph of the midsection of a woman wearing a bikini superimposed on the middle of the palm tree's trunk. The film is Brazilian. Box 2.
• Das Mädchen mit der Muschel
  This poster features two women at a pink and green checked table. Upon the table are a brown bottle and glass. The woman in the foreground is seated, in profile. She has auburn hair, and wears a green shirt with white polka dots beneath a black and turquoise sweater. Standing next to here, in profile, is a woman with black hair, wearing heavy makeup and smoking a cigarette. She wears a green scarf over a revealing black top and red bottoms. In the upper left hand corner of the poster, there is a white conch shell. A rainbow emits from the conch shell, enveloping the chest of the woman, and filling the negative space between her and the head of the seated woman. The background of the poster is light mustard yellow. This film is Czechoslovakian.
• Mädchenjahre
  This poster has an illustration of a black bird with a white throat on a light pink background. The bird is carrying a collage bouquet, bits of which are scattered about the poster. This film is a French and West German co-production.

  This poster is a largely grey and white pencil drawing. In it we see an aerial view of a group of apartment buildings. Five tall, thin buildings are grouped around a central, square building. The roof of the square building has a colored drawing of a rural valley with a road running through it. This film is Soviet.
• Mächtige Schwingen
  This poster has a blue sky with clouds. Superimposed on the sky in the upper right hand corner are six military aircraft. In the lower left hand corner is a black and white image of the e head and shoulders of an Asian man with short hair. He is holding a radio receiver in his left hand, and is speaking into it. This film is North Korean.

  The poster has a white paint splatter on a black background. The splatter is a framing device for a black and white photograph of a man's face. This film is an Italian and French co-production.

  This poster has two triangular areas on either side containing images. At top left of poster is an image of a young blond man, wearing a red and blue plaid shirt. At top left is a line drawing of the bust of a classical male figure, with large curly beard. Below the drawing is a photograph of a woman with brown hair, parted, holding a baby dressed in white. • Moskau glaubt den Tränen nicht
  This poster is an illustration of a woman's hair as seen from the rear, with a wreath of white flowers circling it, and a man's hands catching it up at the back. Her hair is auburn, and the flowers have touches of pink and yellow along with the greenery. The man's hand's are in outline only, with white and pinkish highlights on the fingernails. The background is brown. This film is Soviet. The poster has a small closed tear along the left hand side, near the center. The right edges is creased near the bottom.
• Morgen legen wir los, Liebling
  The poster is an ink and watercolor illustration of the head and shoulders of a naked older man. He has a few wisps of hair on his mostly bald head, a mustache, and some chest hair. His eyes are beady, and he looks cross. There is a word bubble from his mouth with the title of the film. He rests his head against a wall, and above his head an arrow points to the left, above which is written "Nachbar" and below which is written "Zoff." The background is a brownish grey.   This poster is a colored pencil and watercolor illustration of a white sheep with a dead white dove in its mouth. There is blood on the bird, and the sheep's eyes are closed. The sheep stands on tan ground, with a black backdrop. This film is a French and Italian co-production.

  In this ink and watercolor poster, crosshatching has been used to depict a boy, wearing a suit coat, back to the viewer, standing in front of an arched, four light window. The two bottom panes are long, and of the type that swing inward below the transom. There is a wide windowsill. The background is tan and black, and the light in the window is green and yellow, and the yellow shines on the boy. This film is Soviet.

  The silhouette of a burning cross and buildings is formed by the orange and yellow outline of illustrated flames on a black background. This film is American.
• Mondscheinbogen
  This poster is an illustration of a figure in a white space suit; the color fades out toward the top of the suit. The figure wears a harness, to which is attached two lamps on either shoulder, which are on. The figure has his left hand to his head. There is a bright yellow splash of light at the center of the figure, which consists of paint droplets, and radiates outward. There are touches of green and blue on the space suit. To the left of the figure's shoulder, there are five small blocks in blue green that have the head and shoulders of a figure within.   This poster has a light maroon background, upon which is an illustration of a woman's night cap or bonnet. It is white, with a small red floral pattern on it, and is articulated to look as though it is on someone's head. This film is Polish. There is some crushing of the lower right hand edge, and a small closed tear in the bottom right hand edge.
• Mexiko Nord
  In this black and white illustrated poster, a man in a traditional Mexican garb stands in the foreground; his sombrero nearly reaches the top of the poster. He casts a shadow. There are large black splotches all over the poster. This film is Mexican.
• Mit dir Gefällt mir die Welt
  In this watercolor poster, a lumpy man in ski clothes on red skis looks down at a baby, who is sitting on top of a giant polka dot tea cup with his bottom exposed. The baby has his mouth open as though crying or speaking to the man. The background is blue. This film is Czechoslovakian.
• Männer ohne Frauen
  This illustrated poster features a large pink heart, which is tied and knotted to a giant screw or bolt. It floats over a landscape that has four monolithic figures standing on it. The entire surface of the poster has a dot matrix/polka dot pattern that decreases in size as it approaches the bottom of the poster. This film is Soviet.

  In this watercolor poster, an antlered deer is standing upright, wearing a dark green suit and cuffed brown boots. He has his shoulders down, and his fists clenched, in a fighter's stance. He faces a dark brown tree, as though to punch it. Leaves are kicked up by his feet, and his right foot is raised. The illustration is on a white background. This film is Polish. Box 3.
• Manche mögen's heiß
  This poster is a monochromatic yellow background, with black and white stills from the film "Some Like it Hot." On the left, are Tony Curtis, Jack Lemmon, and Marilyn Monroe, during a musical performance. Lemmon and Curtis are in drag. On the right Tony Curtis, in drag, is talking to a man in plus fours and a plaid jacket. Below that, Marilyn Monroe talks to Tony Curtis, in a wig, in a bubble bath. Next to that, Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon, in tuxedos, are speaking to a bald man seated at a desk. There is a small tear and some loss at the upper left hand corner of the poster. The show times have been written on the poster in marker. There are pin holes in the corners, and some holes in the title area. This film is American. Box 3.
• K.U.K. Deserteure
  In this watercolor poster, the head of a soldier is formed by a pair of butt cheeks at the back, with three separate profiles forming the front. The butt head wears an olive drab military kepi backwards, with the visor extending over the butt cheeks. Two of the profile faces are mustachioed, and one wears small round glasses. The olive drab uniform has two stars on the collar, and is also facing the opposite direction of the faces. This film is a Polish and Hungarian co-production. Box 3.
• Flucht in Ketten
  This poster is a monochromatic orange still from the film. Tony Curtis and Sidney Poitier are in tall grass. Poitier, standing, leans over Curtis, and appears to help him up. Both are in work shirts and blue jeans, and Curtis' hand is bandaged. This film is American. Box 3.
