The top of a round, yellow paper light shade has a face painted on it with red cheeks, a red nose, and red lips. The light shade is almost perfectly round except for a triangle shaped piece that is missing.

Woche des weißen Stockes
A white cane is in the center of the poster, and two red heart shapes are located just to the left of the cane. One of the hearts has "Help! Hilfe statt Mitleid." The event the poster appears to be promoting occurred May 25-31 in an unknown year but most likely in the 1980s. The white border of the poster contains a repetitive pattern of black dots that resemble braille.
