Patria Libertab
Ths poster is black, white and gray. The text is in Spanish. The poster shows a large two headed vulture dressed in a military uniform with pictures of skulls on it. In front there are soldiers and a CIA agent protecting the vulture from two rifles with bayonets The rifles say “Unidad Popular” which was the Leftist coalition party in Salvador Allende's Chile. The soldier protecting the vulture has a banner which reads “Patria, Libertab” but Libertab is probably meant to be Libertad.

The poster does not seem to be referring to security in the sense of crime prevention or military defense, but rather socio-economic security and physical health.
